Shipping Policy

At The IdeaStitch, all items are made to order with care and attention to detail.  Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Production Time

All orders require 4-7 business days for production before they are shipped.  This production time allows us to properly create and quality-check your custom embroidered or printed items.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.  Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination and are calculated after your order has been shipped.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.  The IdeaStitch is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping cost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays

While we strive to meet all timelines, The IdeaStitch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstance beyond our control.
